Refund & Refill Policy
When you get your money back, when you get a top-up instead, and when neither applies.

Undelivered orders are refunded automatically
If an order cannot be sent to the delivery network, you are refunded without asking. The refund is automatic and exact: we return the value of every line that failed, straight to your account credit. If nothing could be dispatched, the entire amount comes back. If some lines went through and others did not, only the failed portion is refunded.
The 30-day refill guarantee
Followers and likes can drop over time as platforms remove inactive accounts. On every service marked with a refill guarantee, we monitor your delivered count for 30 days after delivery and top it back up automatically at no extra cost. You can also trigger a refill yourself from the order page, or by asking your AI assistant if you use the MCP connection.
A refill restores the count you paid for. It is not a cash refund, and it applies only to services that show the guarantee at the time of purchase.
Partial delivery
If the delivery network completes only part of an order and cannot finish it, contact support with your order number. We refund the undelivered portion to your account credit.
What is not refundable
- Orders that were delivered as described. Buying engagement is a delivered digital service, not a returnable good.
- Orders that failed because the target was private, deleted, renamed, or made inaccessible after the order was placed. Please double-check the link before paying.
- Dissatisfaction with how the platform's own algorithm responded. We deliver engagement; we cannot promise reach, sales or follower retention beyond the refill guarantee.
- Account credit that has already been spent on a delivered order.
Unused account credit
Account credit does not expire. If you want unspent credit paid back to your original payment method, email us — we will return it minus any payment-processor fee that cannot be recovered.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to answer within one business day. Please talk to us before opening a chargeback — a chargeback freezes the account and usually takes longer than we do.
Crypto payments
USDC payments are refunded to your account credit rather than back on chain, because the return address of a stablecoin payment cannot be verified reliably. Credit can then be spent on any future order.
