Terms of Service
The rules for using pufferboost. Plain language, no surprises.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. What pufferboost provides
pufferboost is a social media marketing (SMM) reseller. You order engagement — followers, likes, views, comments, reposts or shares — for a public post or profile on X (Twitter), Instagram or TikTok. We route your order to third-party delivery networks and report their progress back to you.
2. What we never ask for
We never ask for your social media password and never need access to your account. Every service works from a public post URL or a public @handle. If anyone claiming to be pufferboost asks you for a password or a login code, it is not us — report it to [email protected].
3. Your responsibilities
- You must own the account or post you are boosting, or have permission from whoever does.
- The target must be public at the time of ordering and stay public during delivery. A private, deleted or renamed target will cause the order to fail, and a failed order cannot always be refunded once the delivery network has accepted it.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and to hold an account on the platform you are boosting.
- You may not use pufferboost for content that is illegal, that harasses or defames someone, or that violates the target platform's rules.
4. Platform rules and risk
X, Instagram and TikTok each have their own terms, and buying engagement may conflict with them. We drip-feed large orders to keep delivery looking natural and we never touch your credentials, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome for your account. You use the service at your own risk. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp, Meta Platforms, or ByteDance.
5. Delivery
Most orders begin delivering within 0–1 hour of payment confirming, and large quantities are spread over hours or days on purpose. Start times and completion times are estimates, not commitments — they depend on the upstream delivery network. Counts shown in your dashboard come from that network.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. Payment is by card or by USDC stablecoin, both processed by Stripe; pufferboost does not receive or store your card details. You may also pre-load account credit and spend it on later orders. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Refill Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Automated ordering (MCP)
You may connect an AI assistant to your account with a Model Context Protocol token. A token you create is your credential: orders and charges made with it are your responsibility, exactly as if you had placed them on the website. Full-access tokens can spend your account credit. Issue read-only tokens when you only want monitoring, and revoke any token immediately from your dashboard if it is exposed. Your per-order and daily spend limits apply to token-driven orders too.
9. Account suspension
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, attempts fraud or chargeback abuse, or repeatedly targets content that breaks section 3. Where we close an account without cause, unused account credit is refundable.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, reputational harm, or action taken against your account by a social platform.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
